Kingwood Yard Signs Rental, Reservation and Refund Policy

 Rental and Reservation Policies

· Payment is required prior to service. This confirms your reservation.

· You will be invoiced for missing, stolen, or damaged display signs. 

· DO NOT allow anyone to play on the Yard Sign. The signs WILL NOT safely support someone’s weight.

· DO NOT MOVE THE SIGNS. A $50 fee will automatically be billed for any sign that has been moved or removed from its original installation, plus the cost of any missing inventory.

· DO NOT throw signs in the garbage or vandalize our signs. Again, you will be invoiced. Even if you do not like the display, these items are OUR PROPERTY and BUSINESS. If the Yard Sign rental is a gift to someone, notify the honoree not to harm the display, as you are responsible if they cause damage.

· Lawn equipment, weed eaters, and dogs will damage the Yard Sign. Again, you will be invoiced. Arrange for the yard to be mowed BEFORE we arrive to set the greeting -- NOT during the rental period.

· DO NOT attach balloons to the display signs. DO NOT use Silly String with the display signs. These will ruin them. Again, you will be invoiced.

· Kingwood Yard Signs, LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental.

​Refund Policy

· If you must cancel your reservation, you may choose to receive half of the payment as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date within one year, based on our availability.

· In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any Yard Signs. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God which might put our property, or us personally, in harm’s way. If this occurs, you may postpone the greeting or receive a full refund.

· No refunds will be given due to:

- the client giving us the wrong address.

- the homeowner requesting us to remove the display.

- our being denied access to a gated community.

- any animals that prevent the display from being set.

- the homeowner not watering the lawn.

- any circumstances that prevent us from setting the display that are out of our control.
